AJ Styles will defend his WWE Championship against Shinsuke Nakamura at the Greatest Royal Rumble event in Saudi Arabia. This will be a rematch from Wrestlemania 34, where Styles retained his Title and Nakamura turned heel.
What will happen in the match between Styles and Nakamura on Friday? Let’s speculate a little bit here.
Let’s start with match quality. I expect this to be a much better match than what we saw at Wrestlemania 34. Nakamura’s heel turn has really given this feud a shot in the arm. I expect it to be closer to the match quality that we all hoped for a few weeks ago.

Logic suggests that the finish of the match will have something to do with a low-blow. Nakamura has been using this on Styles for the past few weeks. My guess is that WWE goes the WCW route on this one. Back in the day, Bret Hart wore a steel plate under his shirt during his feud with Goldberg. Goldberg speared Bret and ended up hurting himself on the steel plate. I think that we could see WWE re-create this here with Styles wearing some sort of cup to protect himself. Nakamura will go for the low-blow and will be unsuccessful, costing him the match.
I think this would be a good finish for the match. This way, they can keep the feud going into Backlash next month for another match.
