1) The Crowd Was Electric
This weeks episode of Smackdown Live opened with Daniel Bryan. The show was held in Bryan’s hometown of Seattle, Washington. The last time Daniel Bryan was in this arena, he was forced to announce his retirement due to various injuries that he sustained in his career.
Daniel Bryan received an incredible ovation from his hometown crowd. After the Miz interfered, he wasn’t able to get a word in over the chanting fans.
MIZ: “You think this is FUNNY?!?!”
CROWD: YES! YES! YES! YES!@WWEDanielBryan @MikeTheMiz #SDLIVE pic.twitter.com/8Dnn9qEe5n— WWE Universe (@WWEUniverse) February 8, 2017
Seattle is a fantastic crowd for wrestling and they proved it tonight. They weren’t just hyped for Daniel Bryan, they were very loud for the entire night and brought a lot of energy to the show!
Maybe Seattle should get a PPV in the near future? Loved the energy that they had and I wish more crowds would take notes!
