Since Finn Balor was injured in his match against Seth Rollins, there has been a lot of talk regarding Seth and if he is a dangerous worker. This is the third time he has injured someone in the ring. He broke John Cena’s nose last year with a knee. He injured Sting in their match last year at Night of Champions and ended his career (although this was a freak accident).
Bret Hart has been the most outspoken about Seth, saying that he needs to change-up his style in order to protect the guys he is working with. We have also seen former WWE star Lance Storm criticize Seth and his buckle bomb move.
Seth took to twitter to acknowledge the talks about him being a dangerous worker.
Here was his tweet:
Haven’t ya heard? “Dangerous” is my middle name, but “next Universal Champ” works just as well. #raw

Let us know what you think in the comment section below. Do you think Seth is an unsafe worker or do you think the criticism he is receiving is unjust? I personally feel like a lot of the stuff was just freak accidents. I think the buckle bomb will get banned though by WWE brass.
Jimmy Korderas has pointed out that there’s more to pulling off a move than just the guy delivering it. If the guy taking it doesn’t take it right, he risks gettiing injured, which is what happened to Balor and Sting. Rollins does that move countless times without injuring anyone, I think banning it because two people got hurt is a little excessive.
To be quite fair, Rollins didnt throw Finn high enough or far enough for Finn to safely land.
I love Seth but he is getting a “dangerous wrestler” reputation preceding him. He didnt “injure” Sting, he ended his career. He took out Finn for 6 months, though some is Finns fault for continuing wrestling which made it worse. It is what it is, as an unbiased fan of Seth Rollins, hes a lil reckless with that buckle bomb.
Two people injured by the same move… I’m a big fan of Seth, but he’ll lose standing in my eyes if someone else gets injured in a match with him. Too many times and you can no longer keep going to the “freak accident” well.
