3) Seth Rollins vs Finn Balor
An interesting direction that I think WWE could go is a feud between Seth Rollins and Finn Balor. They are both babyfaces but it would make sense based on their history.
Balor defeated Rollins at Summerslam a few years ago to become the first Universal Champion. Balor was injured in that match and had to vacate the Title on the next night. A rematch between them for the Universal Title seems like an easy storyline for WWE to write.
I could see Balor winning the Money in the Bank briefcase this year. Instead of a sneaky cash-in, I could see him challenging Rollins for the Title at one of the big PPV events.
Time Frame: My preference would be Summerslam. This is where their first match took place and it would be a nice call-back.
2) Seth Rollins vs Roman Reigns
It is only a matter of time before Roman Reigns ends up rejoining the World Title picture. If he ends up staying on RAW, we are likely going to get a feud between Rollins and Reigns for the Universal Championship.
WWE has split up the Shield so many times that there probably wouldn’t be a heel turn involved here. Just two brothers involved in a competitive rivalry to see who is the best.
The only way that we don’t get this feud is if WWE moves Roman over to Smackdown Live. If he stays on RAW, a collision between them seems ineviale.
Time Frame:This is an early candidate to be the Universal Title match at Wrestlemania 36. WWE would likely save Rollins vs Reigns for a major PPV event like that.
