The battle of Samoa Joe vs Finn Balor escalated at a recent NXT Live Event with this brawl.
We have already seen Samoa Joe vs Finn Balor twice already at NXT Takeover specials. Finn Balor won both matches at NXT Takeover London and NXT Takeover Dallas to retain his NXT title. Samoa Joe won the title at a recent NXT house show that shocked the wrestling world. Finn Balor has evoked his re-match clause for the June 8th NXT Takeover special at Full Sail. It was clear that this feud needed a little something extra since we already have seen it twice before. It looks like we have an added stipulation….. The first ever NXT Steel Cage match!!!
In the live NXT Facebook announcement on Tuesday morning, NXT General Manager William Regal announced that a steel cage will be needed to settle this feud. Both Finn and Joe signed the contract, making it official for June 8th 2016 at NXT Takeover.

Really excited for this! The first ever NXT Cage match! Love that NXT is using stipulations like this to settle rivalries (like we saw in the Ironwoman match between Sasha Banks and Bayley).
