Rumor Roundup: WWE’s Plan For The Fiend & Randy Orton, Matches That Won’t Happen, More

3) The Bella Twins To Return At Wrestlemania 38?

The Bella Twins were recently guests on the Ellen Show. During this, Nikki Bella teased that she and Brie want to return for Wrestlemania 38 in Dallas.

Here is what Nikki said:

“Recently, WWE made their huge announcement about WrestleMania for the next three years. When I heard about Dallas in 2022 and Hollywood in 2023, I got chills and was like, ‘Brie, we have never gone after the Tag Titles. They were made for us.’ There’s another run in the Bella Twins. Maybe in Dallas, WrestleMania. At some point, we’re coming back.”

My Take:

  • The Bella Twins get a lot of hate but I wouldn’t mind seeing them on the card. They have a large following and it could help out some of the younger talent to work with them.

2) Update On Dana Brooke

On RAW, Dana Brooke was slammed to the mat by Nia Jax. Dana’s head appeared to have hit the mat hard, leading to speculation that she may be injured.

According to Sean Ross Sapp on Fightful Select (subscribe here), Dana was fine after the match was over:

As you could tell during tonight’s WWE Raw, plenty of things went awry during the opening women’s match series. Among those was a scary spot where Dana Brooke was slammed to the mat by Nia Jax. Fightful was informed that at least initially, Dana Brooke appeared to be fine coming through the curtain at the Thunderdome. We’ll keep you updated if we hear more

My Take:

  • Glad to hear that Dana is okay.
