Here are some of the latest WWE rumors that are floating around.
5) Backstage Note On The RAW After Wrestlemania 37
According to Sean Ross Sapp on Fightful Select (subscribe here), WWE was shorthanded for the RAW episode after Wrestlemania 37.
This was due to there being more wrestlers than usual not being cleared after Wrestlemania 37. Some Superstars were missing due to precautionary COVID-19 measures, and others were banged up from their matches. This left WWE shorthanded for the episode.
My Take:
- This would explain why the RAW After ‘Mania episode was such a let-down. I definitely expected more from it.
4) Scrapped WWE Faction Plans
According to Sean Ross Sapp on Fightful Select (subscribe here), WWE scrapped the idea of an all-female faction. This would have included Chelsea Green, Vanessa Borne and Santana Garrett.
This was going to be “a Pussycat Dolls meets Charlie’s Angel’s” type of faction. They even met with WWE writers about the faction but it ended up getting scrapped by WWE.
My Take:
- I would have liked to see them have gotten a chance with this. I am sure that it could have been fun.
