Here are some of the latest WWE rumors that are floating around.
5) WWE Re-Shot Part Of Match From The Christmas Day Episode Of Smackdown
According to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful, WWE re-shot a match during the Christmas Day episode of Smackdown. This was the match between Jey Uso and Daniel Bryan.
Here is what Sapp wrote:
A portion of the Jey Uso vs. Daniel Bryan match was re-shot this past Tuesday at the tapings for the Christmas Smackdown. Bryan was instructed to sell the attack of Uso more, and the Thunderdome audience was put on a commercial for several minutes while the spot was re-shot. The edited version aired on Friday.
There was also a minor spot edited where Sasha Banks literally dropped her title belt on the ramp.
My Take:
- Interesting to find out that the match was re-shot. I would have had no idea.
4) WWE Debut Expected Next Week
According to Alex McCarthy of TalkSport, Ben Carter will be making his WWE debut next week on NXT UK.
Here is what McCarthy wrote:
We have been informed that Carter will make his debut with WWE’s UK arm on Thursday, January 7.
Carter, just 22, will appear on Noam Dar’s Supernova Sessions and it will be the WWE Universe’s first chance to catch the innovative star.

- I liked what I saw from Ben on AEW Dark, so I am excited to see more from him.
