Here are some of the latest WWE rumors that are floating around.
5) WWE Changing The Name Of AJ Styles’ Bodyguard?
According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, it looks like WWE will be going with “The Associate” as the gimmick name for Jordan Omogbehin.
Jordan is the new bodyguard for AJ Styles.
My Take:
- This would make sense as it is difficult to constantly say ‘Jordan Omogbehin’. I will give “The Associate” a chance but I am surprised that they didn’t just go with “Jordan”
4) Update On The Status Of Thunder Rosa
There was a rumor this week that WWE and AEW have an interest in signing Thunder Rosa.
According to Billy Corgan, Thunder Rosa is currently under contract with NWA until the end of 2021. Here is a screenshot of Billy’s post on Instagram:
My Take:
- WWE and AEW probably do have interest in her but it looks like she is locked up for a while still.
