Here are some of the latest WWE rumors that are floating around.
5) Tucker’s WWE Future
According to Dave Meltzer in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE has no plans of doing a feud between Tucker and Otis This comes after Tucker recently turned on Otis and cost him the Money in the Bank briefcase.
Here is what Meltzer wrote:
He was treated like the jobber of jobbers so he’s deader faster after the Otis split up than was hinted to me. The angle was shot to get the briefcase off Otis with no plans of building an Otis vs. Tucker feud, and was just a way out and dropped.
My Take:
- I am definitely worried about Tucker’s future. Without his tag team with Otis, I don’t think he has much of a chance on the main roster. I like the guy but he seems better-suited as a tag team guy.
4) Update On Vince McMahon
Over the past week, there was a rumor that Vince McMahon was not backstage at the latest episode of Smackdown. It was also rumored that Triple H has been helping out more with Smackdown over the past few weeks. This led to some fans speculating about Vince possibly slowing down.
According to WrestlingNews.co, Vince is in great health and there are no signs of him slowing down:
On a related note, for anyone who thinks McMahon might be slowing down because of his age, we were told a couple of weeks ago that McMahon continues to train in the gym “like a maniac” and seems to be in great health with no signs of slowing down.
My Take:
- Vince is not human. That is the only explanation that I can think of.
