Rumor Roundup: Why WWE Made Survivor Series Team Change, Backstage Feeling About Unionization, More

1) Why WWE Made Survivor Series Team Change

On the latest episode of RAW, WWE made some changes to the Women’s Survivor Series match. Mandy Rose and Dana Brooke were pulled from Team RAW and replaced by Peyton Royce and Lacey Evans.

According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, Mandy suffered a legitimate shoulder injury last week, which forced WWE to pull her from the match.

Meltzer says that Dana was pulled from the team because WWE didn’t want her in the match without her partner. As a result, they swapped both of them out for Peyton and Lacey, who has been teaming up in recent weeks.

My Take:

  • This sucks for both Mandy and Dana. I hope that Mandy is able to recover quickly and I hope that she isn’t out for the long-term.
