Here are some of the latest WWE rumors that are floating around.
5) Update On The Hulk Hogan Wrestling Rumors
Hulk Hogan has been very vocal about wanting to come back to WWE for one more match. He specifically mentioned Wrestlemania 36 as the place where he would like to officially end his career.
According to WrestlingNews.co, there have been no discussions in WWE about Hogan wrestling at Wrestlemania 36:
For what it’s worth, I’ve been told that the people in creative have not heard anything about plans for Hogan at Mania 36 in Tampa. I was also told that there has been no talk on Hogan being cleared by WWE doctors. So, if Hogan ends up appearing at WrestleMania then it will likely not be in a match where he would take bumps.
My Take:
- This is good news as we really don’t need to see Hogan wrestling at his age.
4) Matt Hardy Is Now Finished With WWE
Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet reports that Matt Hardy getting attacked by Randy Orton on RAW was WWE’s way of writing Hardy off television:
According to WWE sources, the purpose of this was to write Hardy off TV.
As noted prior, Hardy’s contract with WWE expires on March 1st and he is expected to leave the company.
My Take:
- It was a great run for Matt and I am excited to see what he does next. My gut says that he will be joining AEW but we will have to wait and see.
