3) WWE Has A New VP Of Creative Writing
WWE has announced that they have hired Christine Lubrano. She will be the new Senior Vice President of Creative Writing Operations.
According to Deadline, she served as the SVP of Original Programming & Development for IFC. She was also “integral to the success of the Emmy Award-winning Portlandia”:
My Take:
- I am interested to see if the writing improves with her hiring. We can’t forget that Vince McMahon always has the final call though.
2) Speculation On Mickie James’ Future
There is some speculation going around about the future of Mickie James. This comes after she appeared with the legends on “RAW Legends Night”.
Many fans speculated that this could mean she is finished with her role of being a full-time, in-ring competitor on the RAW roster.
My Take:
- I feel like WWE hasn’t used Mickie much over the past few years. She has had a great career and I would still like to see the occasional match from her.
