3) Rumor On Kairi Sane’s Future
According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, Kairi Sane’s contract with WWE will expire in early 2020.
Meltzer says that he doesn’t know if Kairi is going to leave but says that “she’s definitely expressed interest in exploring other options.”
It was also rumored a few days ago that NJPW’s parent company, Bushiroad, is interested in bringing back Kairi for STARDOM.
It will be interesting to see if Kairi decides to stay with WWE. As of right now, her long-term future is a question mark.
2) Rumor On Rey Mysterio’s Future
Rey Mysterio signed a two-year contract with WWE in September of 2018. After his deal was signed, it was reported that his contract has an opt-out clause after 18 months.
That means Rey will have the option to leave WWE if he wants to prior to Wrestlemania 36.
There has been no indication that Rey wants to leave. Still, it is something to keep in the back of your mind over the next few months.
