1) Vince McMahon’s New Favorite Superstar
According to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful, Otis has become a personal favorite of Vince McMahon. This is the reason for Otis’ push on Smackdown over the past several months.
Here is what Sapp wrote about Otis:
If you wondered who was behind the recent push of Otis, it probably shouldn’t come as a surprise that the Heavy Machinery member is a personal favorite of Vince McMahon. Fightful Select has been told that Otis is a “total Vince McMahon project.”
We’re told that his ascent to stardom on the brand was likely consistent with this, but that both Tucker and Otis had long made positive impressions in about any locker room they were in as well.
My Take:
- Could this mean Otis will become a World Champion in WWE? At first, I thought that Otis would be failing his Money in the Bank cash-in. Now, I am questioning that thought.
