Here are some of the latest WWE rumors that are floating around.
5) The Scrapped Plans For Sarah Logan
Sarah Logan was recently released by WWE. A rumor came out last week that suggested WWE brought in Sarah to RAW and almost used her on the show. This comes despite her being released by WWE.
According to Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the plan was for Sarah to join up with the Viking Raiders on RAW but those plans were scrapped:
“A segment where she’d be linked up with the Viking Raiders, has been dropped or may take place in the future. But even if she is on Raw next week, that doesn’t mean her firing was rescinded”
My Take:
- It seems like WWE has no idea what they are doing with the Viking Raiders. I am still not over the random carpool karaoke segment.
4) The Plans For Jeff Hardy
According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, WWE is building towards a big match between Jeff Hardy and Sheamus.
It is unclear when this match will happen but WWE has been planting the seeds for it on Smackdown over the past few weeks.
My Take:
- WWE has been hyping up Jeff for a few weeks now. It definitely seems like the rumor of him receiving a push from WWE is true. Sheamus vs Jeff seems like a match that would make sense for the next PPV after Money in the Bank.
