1) Update On Jaxson Ryker Of The Forgotten Sons
Steve Cutler and Wesley Blake appeared alongside King Corbin on this week’s episode of Smackdown. Cutler and Blake are best-known for being 2/3 of The Forgotten Sons faction, that also includes Jaxson Ryker.
According to Sean Ross Sapp on Fightful Select (subscribe here), Ryker still has backstage heat and he has not been brought to a WWE television taping in months.
It was noted by Sapp that at one point, Ryker wasn’t being featured on any of the internal roster sheets. A source told him that Ryker “wasn’t worth the risk of bad publicity of being on TV” and management was never that high on him anyway.
It was also noted that there was never any heat on Cutler or Blake.
My Take:
- It sounds like Ryker’s career in WWE could be over. I guess that we will have to wait and see, but things don’t look good for him.
