1) Top NXT Stars Possibly Getting Called Up
Over the past week, Dominik Dijakovic and Chelsea Green’s names have come up as potential call ups from NXT to the WWE main roster. We now have some more call-up rumors to pass your way.
According to a report from Wrestling INC, WWE is considering calling up Io Shirai to the main roster.
They also say that WWE is discussing bringing up Velveteen Dream to the main roster:
Wrestling Inc. has learned that Io Shirai and The Velveteen Dream are also being discussed to be called up to the main roster.
My Take:
- I definitely would like to see Io Shirai on the main roster. I am sure that he would put on some great matches against names like Sasha Banks, Bayley, and more. Velveteen Dream is another guy who I could see excelling on the main roster. It will definitely be an interesting next several weeks.
