3) The Great American Bash To Be A Yearly NXT Special?
During Triple H’s recent interview with Sports Illustrated, he hinted that the Great American Bash will be a yearly special for NXT.
Here is what he said:
“People are going to be very entertained. When you look back in a year, a match like this is going to make the demand even greater for the Great American Bash next year.”
My Take:
- I enjoyed The Great American Bash and I have no complaints about them bringing it back every year. It seems smart as a way to put on a bigger show during a regular episode of NXT.
2) Speculation On Adam Cole’s Future
Adam Cole lost his NXT Championship to Keith Lee at The Great American Bash. This ended Cole’s over 400-day reign as the NXT Champion.
There is some speculation that Cole could be moving up to the WWE main roster next. This comes after Triple H Tweeted that Cole is “just getting started”.
My Take:
- I do see Cole moving up to the main roster soon. He has done everything possible in NXT and it is time for a new challenge. I think that The Undisputed Era could do well on RAW or Smackdown and I hope that they move up soon.
