According to Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet, Superstars and crew members have to be screened by doctors before they are able to enter the WWE Performance Center.

4) How Vince McMahon Feels About An Empty Arena Wrestlemania
According to @Wrestlevotes, Vince McMahon was initially very against hosting Wrestlemania 36 inside of an empty stadium. This was prior to them making the decision to move the event to the WWE Performance Center in Orlando.
