Rumor Roundup: The Possible Plan For Future Wrestlemania’s, Backstage Support For Bray Wyatt, More

1) WWE’s Plan For Future Wrestlemania’s?

According to Wrestling INC, WWE has filed trademarks for the slogan “Too Big For One Night!”. They filed the slogan for merchandise, which is normal for WWE and they already released a shirt using it. The second part though has caught my eye.

WWE has also filed the slogan (“Too Big For One Night!”) for a “show about professional wrestling”. This means that (when the trademark filing is accepted) WWE will be able to use “Too Big For One Night!” when referring to all future Wrestlemania events.

Could this be a hint that WWE is planning to turn Wrestlemania into a permanent two-day event? Based on this trademark, it appears as if they are at least considering the idea.

My Take:

  • I think that Wrestlemania 36 will be a massive test for WWE. If things go well, I could definitely see them doing all future Wrestlemania events over two nights. There are simply too many matches these days. I would rather two nights of 8 matches each instead of one night of 16 matches. I don’t think that I am alone on that either.
