Here are some of the latest WWE rumors that are floating around.
5) Surprise At Survivor Series
According to a report from Super Luchas, Savio Vega will be making an appearance at Survivor Series in some capacity.
Here is an excerpt from their report:
“The Puerto Rican Mayor, who participated in WWE as Kwang and Savio Vega is set to return to WWE to be present for the retirement of his great friend The Undertaker. Taker will end a great run exactly 30 years after his first [WWE] appearance at Survivor Series 1990.”
My Take:
- It will be interesting to see if we get a backstage segment or something from Savio. I could see them bringing in a bunch of The Undertaker’s real-life friends like Savio, Rikishi, and The Godfather.
4) New WWE Show Name?
According to Heel By Nature, WWE recently filed a new trademark for ‘The Way’.
By the sounds of the filing, it seems like it could be for a new show that WWE is developing:
International Class 041: Wrestling exhibitions and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer rendered live and through broadcast media including television and radio, and via the internet or commercial online service; providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; providing information in the fields of sports via an online community portal
My Take:
- Maybe it will be something similar to ‘The Bump’? We will have to wait and see I guess.
