1) Superstar Wants Banned Move Reinstated

According to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select (subscribe here), Kevin Owens has been lobbying backstage for WWE to unban his old finishing move.

Sapp says that Owens has been pitching to WWE for his finisher to get changed back to the Package Piledriver. Here is what Sapp wrote:

Kevin Owens has made an effort to pitch the Package Piledriver as his finish “quite often,” but the idea never makes it to Vince McMahon.

The Piledriver has been banned in WWE for many years because it is considered too dangerous. Here is a clip of Owens doing the move:

My Take:

• This is a great looking move. I would definitely prefer this for Owens instead of the Stunner.
