Rumor Roundup: Superstar Praised With NXT, Wrestlemania 37 Set Design, More

3) How Long WWE Will Be At The New ThunderDome

WWE will soon be moving the ThunderDome from Tropicana Field to The Yuengling Center. According to Wrestling INC, It looks like WWE will be staying at The Yuengling Center until August.

Here is what the site wrote:

In an update, according to the Yuengling Center’s website, it looks like WWE is initially scheduled to be there until Tuesday, August 3. This would make a Monday, August 2 edition of RAW the last show there.

My Take:

  • The Yuengling Center is smaller but fans likely won’t be able to tell much of a difference anyways.

2) Major Push Canceled For NXT Star Due To Injury

According to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful, Ridge Holland was set for a major push on NXT television prior to his injury.

Here is what Sapp wrote about Holland:

Ridge Holland has been sidelined since a freak accident sidelined him in early October, but we’ve heard from several wrestlers that he’s been rehabbing at the WWE Performance Center the last few months. He’s not considered to be anywhere near a return right now. Holland was set for what we were told was a “major” push ahead of his injury, and plans had to be changed significantly as a result.

My Take:

  • That definitely sucks for Ridge. I hope that he gets another chance when he is fully healthy.
