1) WWE Planning A New Title
According to Dave Meltzer in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE is planning to create some new title belts for NXT.
These new belts will be tag team titles, specifically for the NXT Women’s division.
Here is what Meltzer wrote:
Right now the plan is to introduce NXT women’s tag team titles
My Take:
- I am not sure how I feel about this. WWE has done a terrible job at booking the women’s tag team belts on the main roster. I don’t have confidence that the company will be able to book these belts properly but you never know.
