WWE announced this week that Braun Strowman has been suspended indefinitely by WWE. This comes after he put his hands on Adam Pearce during the latest episode of Monday Night RAW.
We have an update for you on the potential reason why WWE is doing a suspension angle with Strowman.
According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, there is some talk that Braun may have suffered a knee injury at Survivor Series. This came during the men’s elimination match between RAW and Smackdown.
This would explain why WWE isn’t doing Braun Strowman vs Drew McIntyre at TLC. According to a recent WWE rumor roundup, that was the original plan for the event.
My Take:
- This would definitely explain why Braun vs Drew isn’t happening. I am hoping that the injury to Braun isn’t serious but we will have to wait and see.
