Here are some of the latest WWE rumors that are floating around.
5) How Many Documentaries WWE Filmed During Survivor Series
According to Dave Meltzer in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE filmed at least three documentaries during Survivor Series weekend.
Here is what Meltzer wrote:
“There were three different documentary crews filming the Undertaker’s farewell ceremony. The people who were brought in for the Undertaker farewell and others did a ton of documentary interviews over the past week.”
My Take:
- A WWE 24 on The Undertaker seems extremely likely for one of them. I am interested to find out what the other ones end up being for.
4) Why Roman Reigns Feud Was Scrapped
A few months ago, WWE was clearly setting up a feud between Roman Reigns and Bray Wyatt. This ended up getting scrapped and Wyatt was moved over to RAW.
According to Dave Meltzer in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, there are forces in WWE who are looking to protect Roman Reigns from bad booking. There was a feeling that a feud with Wyatt wouldn’t have done Reigns any favors.
My Take:
- I agree with that. I am glad that they moved on and we got to see the feud between Roman and Jey instead.
