1) Possible NXT Call-Ups
According to a report from Sports Illustrated, there are no plans to continue the feud between Io Shirai and Candice LeRae.
With LeRae and Johnny Gargano both losing at NXT Takeover: 31, there is now speculation that they will both be selected in the WWE Draft. Here is what the site wrote:
There are no plans to extend the program between Shirai and LeRae, who is now effectively out of the title picture. With the upcoming WWE Draft beginning this Friday, LeRae and Gargano—who lost earlier on the TakeOver card to Damian Priest—would be good fits for the main roster.
My Take:
- I do agree that Candice and Johnny should be moved up to the WWE main roster. I would love to see both face off against the top talent on RAW and Smackdown. Johnny Gargano vs Daniel Bryan immediately comes to mind. So does Sasha Banks vs Candice LeRae.
