Sami Zayn recently returned to WWE television after a several month absence. Many fans assumed that Sami was away due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
On Talking Smack, AJ Styles casually noted that Sami recently became a father, which was the reason for his absence.

- If this is true, congratulations to Sami Zayn. I am happy for him and also happy that he is back wrestling. I definitely missed watching him.
