3) New WWE Trademarks
According to Heel By Nature, WWE recently filed for the following trademarks:
- Emilia McKenzie
- Nathan Frazer
- Teoman
- Stevie Turner
- Bailey Mathews
- Meiko Satomura
- Hit Row Records
My Take:
- The one that sticks out is Hit Row Records. I wonder if that is going to be the name of a new faction in WWE/ NXT?
2) Date Of Summerslam
According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, WWE has internally confirmed the date of Summerslam. It will be held on August 22nd, 2021.
Here is what Johnson wrote:
The 2021 WWE Summerslam PPV will be Sunday 8/22.
My Take:
- It looks like the rumors of WWE having Summerslam take place earlier this year were incorrect. That puts it in line with past events.
