Here are some of the latest WWE rumors that are floating around.
5) More Than 20 Legends Teased For ‘RAW Legends Night’.
WWE announced a special episode of RAW for January 4th. This episode will be called “RAW Legends Night” and the company will be bringing back many names from the past for it.
Here are all of the names that are expected to appear (via Wrestling INC):
- Alicia Fox
- Beth Phoenix
- Big Show
- Boogeyman
- Booker T
- Candice Michelle
- Carlito
- Hillbilly Jim
- Hulk Hogan
- IRS (Irwin R. Schyster)
- Ivory
- Jacqueline
- Jeff Jarrett
- Jimmy Hart
- Kurt Angle
- Mark Henry
- Melina
- Michael “PS” Hayes
- Mickie James
- Ric Flair
- Sgt. Slaughter
- Tatanka
- Torrie Wilson
My Take:
- The two names that stick out to me from that list are Carlito and Melina. Both haven’t been seen in a long time on WWE television and I am excited to see them back.
4) Braun Strowman Update
According to Dave Meltzer in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Braun Strowman is currently rehabbing his leg injury. The good news though is that it doesn’t look like he needed surgery.
Here is what Meltzer wrote:
“The story, as noted, is that Braun was scheduled to face Drew McIntyre at TLC but he got the leg injury and he is rehabbing it. I didn’t hear anything about surgery, just that they are rehabbing it. Presumably, he won’t be out that long but I guess we’ll see.”
My Take:
- Hopefully this means that Braun will be back for the Royal Rumble.
