According to Sky Bet, Sasha Banks, Ronda Rousey, and Shayna Baszler are the current betting favorites to win the 2021 women’s Royal Rumble match. They are all currently tied at 6 to 1 odds to win.
Sky Bet also has Roman Reigns as the early favorite to win the 2021 men’s Royal Rumble match. He is currently at 7 to 1 odds.
My Take:
- Roman Reigns seems like a really good pick for the men. I also like those odds for Sasha Banks. It is still early but those are some solid numbers.
2) More On Why AJ Styles Was Traded To Smackdown
On Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that AJ Styles was traded because WWE couldn’t limit him to only four appearances on Smackdown.
Four appearances are the new rule for the brand-to-brand invitations. That means a Superstar can only make four total appearances on other brands.
My Take:
- I appreciate WWE trying to follow their own rules. I don’t want the brand-to-brand invitations to become a gongshow, like the Wild Card Rules was.
