1) More Possible NXT Stars That Could Get Drafted
According to Mike Johnson of PWinsider, several NXT Superstars took part in dark matches during this week’s episode of Smackdown. Here is what Johnson wrote:
WWE NXT stars are set for the following dark matches on tonight’s Smackdown taping, PWInsider.com can exclusively confirm:
*Shotzi Blackheart vs. Toni Storm.
*Odyssey Jones vs. Robert Roode.
*Karrion Kross vs. Cesaro.
This has led to speculation that some of these names could get called up in the upcoming WWE Draft.
My Take:
- I definitely think that Karrion Kross is going to get called up in the upcoming draft. He has performed in like several dark matches now. Shotzi Blackheart’s name has come up a few times but Toni Storm and Odyssey Jones are new. Interested to see if they get selected.
