According to Sean Ross Sapp on Fightful Select (subscribe here), WWE is starting to sign large waves of independent talent again.
Here is what Sapp wrote:
We’re told that WWE has resumed signings as usual after laying off for a few months during the pandemic, and having some smaller classes of late
My Take:
- Looks like WWE is saving their money from not giving raises to sign new Superstars.
2) Another New WWE Signing
According to multiple reports, Blake Christian has signed with WWE. Here is what F4Wonline wrote about the signing:
Blake Christian has signed with WWE.
Dave Meltzer has confirmed that Christian has signed with WWE. Fightful Select were the first to report that he had signed.
Christian is best-known for his work in Impact Wrestling, NJPW Strong, and more.
My Take:
- Sounds like another solid signing by WWE. They seem to keep adding guys with plenty of potential.
