3) New WWE Superstars Get New Names
According to Dave Meltzer in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Emily Andzulis will now be known as Ivy Nile in WWE.
Veronica Feroz has also been renamed to Rita Reis in WWE.
Emily Andzulis, a former star on Ninja Warriors, will be renamed Ivy Nile
Veronica Feroz, who had been used as an enhancement talent, is the former Rita Reis
My Take:
- I don’t know much about either of these ladies but I am excited to see more from of them.
2) WWE Interested In Britain’s Strongest Man Runner-Up
Britain’s Strongest Man runner-up, Tom Stoltman, was recently interviewed on Football Daft. During this, Tom revealed that WWE has asked him and his brother Luke to try out for the company.
Here is what Tom said (h/t to Inside The Ropes):
“This is true. So, me and my brother got asked to the tryouts when they came to Germany for the European ones, but… I don’t know why we didn’t take them. I think we were doing some massive competition or something. We’ve messaged them a few times back and forward.”
My Take:
- It will be interesting to see if this goes anywhere.
