Here are some of the latest WWE rumors that are floating around.
5) Why Mercedes Martinez Is Not In Retribution
Mercedes Martinez was originally in the RETRIBUTION faction. After a few appearances on RAW, she quietly left the group. We have an update for you on what happened.
According to a report from Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select (subscribe here), the word going around is that Martinez asked WWE to be removed from the group. This was prior to all of the faction members signing new contracts.
My Take:
- It will be interesting to see if Mercedes made the right decision. Based on how Retribution has been treated on the main roster so far, I would say that she did.
4) Title Change Coming Before Survivor Series?
According to a rumor from Cageside Seats, there is at least one title change expected to happen before Survivor Series.
Here is what the site wrote:
WWE so frequently mentioning title changes on television changing Survivor Series is because it’s expected there will be at least one title change before the show.
My Take:
- The best candidate to lost their belts are The New Day. They recently lost to The Hurt Business on RAW and I could see them dropping the belts to them before the event. Other than that, I don’t see any other title changes but we will have to wait and see.
