3) Finn Balor’s Recovery Timeline
Finn Balor recently had surgery to repair a fractured jaw. This injury happened during Balor’s match against Kyle O’Reilly at NXT Takeover: 31.
According to EMedicineHealth.com, fractured jaws take about 6 weeks to heal:
Many jaw fractures require surgery. Because of that, patients may need to follow up with an oral surgeon. Healing time varies with the type of fracture; in general, the average time to heal a jawbone fracture takes about six weeks.
My Take:
- The good news is that Balor should be completely healthy by the next NXT Takeover event.
2) WWE Bringing Back Old Show?
WWE recently filed trademarks for the names of two shows, ‘WWE Main Event’ and ‘WWE Livewire’.
The big news here is them filing for Livewire. This used to be a call-in show that aired on the USA Network from 1996 until about 2001. WWE’s website describes it as the “The most uncensored show in WWE history”.
My Take:
- It would definitely be cool to see Livewire back but under an altered format to fit with modern times. I definitely remember it from back in the day.
