3) WWE To Bring Back Old PPV?
According to Heel By Nature, WWE has filed a trademark for “Bash At The Beach”. This is for merchandise purposes.
It looks like WWE is considering bringing this PPV back. It was one of the most popular ones from WCW.
My Take:
- I would love to see this back for the NXT Takeover event on Summerslam weekend. Would fit perfectly and would be a lot of fun.
2) Backstage Notes On Summerslam
According to @Wrestlevotes, WWE is looking for Summerslam to be their kickoff for their return to touring. Summerslam might even end up being earlier than usual this year.

WWE is looking to have SummerSlam be the official kickoff as a “return to touring.” With that said, if things work out a certain way, the PPV might be even earlier than usual this year. I’ve heard 3 to 4 locations are on the table, with 1 having better odds than the others
My Take:
- Summerslam in a stadium would make sense. There are plenty of great options.
