1) Backstage Note On Asuka’s Status
According to Dave Meltzer in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Asuka isn’t dealing with any injury right now. WWE just isn’t using her on RAW.
Here is what Meltzer wrote:
“For those asking about Asuka, she is fine. She’s just not being used for anything right now. She was at the Raw tapings early but left early since she wasn’t being used. “
My Take:
- It seems crazy to not have something creatively for someone as talented as Asuka. They need to do better.
