3) Injury Update On Kofi Kingston
According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Kofi Kingston’s jaw injury is legitimate and not for storyline purposes.
Here is what Johnson wrote:
As I discussed on my post-Monday Night Raw audio for PWInsider Elite subscribers earlier this morning, the announced Kofi Kingston jaw injury is a legitimate issue.
WWE announced during Raw that Kingston was out with a broken jaw.
While PWInsider.com cannot confirm that is the nature of the injury, we are told a jaw issue is why Kingston is out of action.
My Take:
- Get well soon Kofi! Hopefully he is able to return in no time!
2) More On The Alexa Bliss-Randy Orton Segment
According to Ringside News, the segment at the end of RAW between Alexa Bliss and Randy Orton was pre-taped. After the match, WWE cut to footage that they taped in advance, which is how they were able to pull off the fireball special effect so nicely.
Here is what the site wrote:
“Ringside News has learned that the ending of WWE Raw this week was pretaped. Bliss throwing a fireball like that took a little extra production value, and they wanted to get it right.”
My Take:
- It also makes sense why they were trying to clean the blood off Randy Orton’s face during the match. They wanted him to match the pre-tape footage.
