Here are some of the latest WWE rumors that are floating around.
5) New WWE Tournament Coming Soon?
According to a report from Fightful, WWE has recently filed trademarks for ‘Heritage Cup’ and ‘NXT UK Heritage Cup’.
This seems to be a hint that WWE will be introducing a new tournament soon for NXT UK.
My Take:
- I love tournaments, so I am definitely down for this. Maybe there will be a tournament to determine the next challenger for WALTER or something?
4) Two WWE Superstars Working As Members Of The Writing Team
According to Dave Meltzer in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, two WWE Superstars are currently working as members of the writing team.
Those Superstars are Edge and Daniel Bryan. Here is what Meltzer wrote:
Edge on Raw and Daniel Bryan on SmackDown both have significant creative influence. The term I was given is they were part of the writing teams of the respective shows right now.
My Take:
- Both guys seem to have great minds for the business, so they seem like great assets for WWE.
