Rumor Roundup: Another Match Being Considered For Wrestlemania 37, WWE Ban Reactions, More

1) Another Match Being Considered For Wrestlemania 37

According to Dave Meltzer in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE is considering two matches for Wrestlemania 37. Both of these are rematches from Wrestlemania 36.

The first match that WWE is considering is Brock Lesnar vs Drew McIntyre. Drew beat Brock a few months ago at Wrestlemania 36 to win the WWE Title. This would be a rematch, with a possible crowd in attendance this time.

The second match being considered is Randy Orton vs Edge. This would come after Orton takes the WWE Title off Drew McIntyre:

WWE is currently considering Drew McIntyre vs Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 37. A lot of things could change between now and then. Randy Orton is a huge determining factor. Another thought out there is that Randy Orton could take the WWE Title from McIntyre. That might set up Edge in a big title match situation at the show of shows. .

Plans are not decided on and these are just matches that WWE is considering for the event.

My Take:

  • I am fine with Orton vs Edge again as there is still unfinished business between them. If it was up to me, I would do Brock Lesnar vs Keith Lee or Drew McIntyre vs Keith Lee. Both sound like better options to me than another Brock vs Drew match.
