Rumor Roundup: Another Finish Changed At Wrestlemania 37, Plans For Wrestlemania 38, More

3) Update On WWE’s Touring Plans

WWE President, Nick Khan, was recently interviewed by Variety. During this, he was asked if WWE is ready to start touring again after having fans at Wrestlemania 37.

Khan teased that WWE does have plans to get back on the road and traveling to different cities on a weekly basis. He teased that we should expect to hear some more news on this topic soon:

“Any plans? Yes. Any plans we can share? Stay tuned. But just know that once we’re back on the road, we’re on the road full time. We’re not looking to do other one offs. Again, this was WrestleMania. And we felt it needed to be done for the fans. So  look for news coming soon.”

My Take:

  • My guess is they will plan something for around Summerslam but we will have to wait and see.

2) The Undertaker’s Future Role With WWE

The Undertaker was recently interviewed on the Victory Over Injury podcast. During this, he shared the type of role in WWE that he is interested in.

Here is what ‘Taker said:

”I’d like to be in a position where I can be a little more hands-on with the young talent and mentor a little. I think I have a lot to offer and I’ve always enjoyed talking Xs and Os. I’ve talked a lot with Triple H about getting down to Orlando and working with guys. I still have the passion.”

My Take:

  • I think that The Undertaker would be a major asset as a WWE Performance Center coach. We already see that Shawn Michaels is doing a great job in NXT and I see ‘Taker doing something similar with the bigger guys and girls in developmental.
