1) Two Possible Locations For The WWE UK PPV
According to Dave Meltzer in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, there are two rumored locations for the WWE UK PPV event, which will be happening in 2022. The rumored locations are Wembley Stadium in London and Millennium Stadium in Cardiff.
Here is what Meltzer wrote:
“The second story, in some ways bigger, is that WWE announced a Labor Day weekend PPV, from a site to be determined, which is very likely to be in the United Kingdom. We do know the company met with officials at London’s Wembley Stadium and Cardiff’s Millennium Stadium recently about doing a Labor Day weekend PPV show.”
My Take:
- I am excited for this show. The UK fans are always amazing and I am sure the atmosphere will be fantastic, regardless of where it takes place.
