Rumor On Two Big Changes That Could Be Coming To Smackdown

Smackdown Live will be officially moving to FOX on October 19th, 2019. This comes after WWE agreed several months ago to a new television deal worth over $1 Billion dollars.

Not only will Smackdown be moving to Friday Night’s but there are also some other changes that could be coming to the show.

We have two rumors to pass your way about the future of Smackdown according to Rajah.com (who recently nailed the upcoming PPV schedule for 2019).

The site says that FOX is looking to move away from the current three-man announce team for Smackdown. Instead, WWE will likely be moving to a two-man announce team after Smackdown moves over to FOX.

Also, FOX apparently wants an “edgier product” from WWE. The site says that “they aren’t looking to give into the PC culture that dominates current WWE programming”.

As we get closer to October, more rumors will likely start floating around about Smackdown’s future. We will let you know if we hear anything more.

How would you feel about a two-man announce booth instead of three? Also, are you down for an edgier product? Let us know in the comment section below.
