Bayley and Sasha Banks won the Elimination Chamber match to become the inaugural WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions. They recently teased that they will be defending their belts on RAW, Smackdown, and even NXT.
We have a rumor to pass your way about Sasha and Bayley.
Specifically a match that was pitched for them at Wrestlemania 35.
According to Dave Meltzer in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter (subscribe here), a fatal 4-way match has been pitched for them at the event.
This would be Bayley and Sasha against:
- One Team From RAW
- One Team From Smackdown
- One Team From NXT
This is just something that has been pitched and nothing that is set in stone. It would be an interesting way to go, giving multiple teams a big match at the event.
We noted prior that Sasha & Bayley could also face a returning tag team at the event. We will have to wait and see what ends up happening.
