One of the top matches that is scheduled for TLC is Braun Strowman vs Baron Corbin. If Strowman wins the match, he gets a Universal Championship match at the Royal Rumble against Brock Lesnar.
If Baron Corbin wins, he becomes the permanent General Manager of Monday Night RAW. If he loses the match, he will have no more authority on RAW.
The stakes are clearly high for the match but there is some doubt if it will even take place. Braun Strowman just had legitimate surgery on his elbow to remove some bone spurs. This leaves him with only a few weeks to recover before TLC.
According to @Wrestlevotes, there is a sense that Strowman could miss TLC. As a result, we could see a big change to the card. Instead of Corbin vs Strowman, we could see a multi-person match involving Corbin:
Hearing Braun Strowman may indeed be out past the TLC PPV, and they are preparing to make the TLC match involving Baron Corbin a multi man contest similar to the 2012 TLC PPV.

The easy speculation would be Drew McIntyre and Bobby Lashley joining forces with Baron. Elias and Finn Balor seem like potential opponents if WWE goes this route as they were both recently attacked by the trio.
