The rumor came from TerezOwens.com, and suggested that Ronda will refuse to re-sign with WWE if they bring in UFC star, Cris Cyborg.

According to Sean Ross Sapp on Fightful Select (subscribe here), the rumor was started and spread by Cris Cyborg’s manager. Sapp confirmed with WWE that Rousey is under contract with them until 2021.
Sapp also says that WWE has no interest in bringing in Cyborg at the moment. There haven’t even been any discussions about it happening either.
