Roman Reigns Releases Statement On Recent Steroids Accusations

You have likely stumbled upon the steroid accusations that are circulating about Roman Reigns. Accused steroids dealer Richard Rodriguez named Reigns as one of his celebrity clients along with Mark Wahlberg and others.

The story has been getting some mainstream coverage, with sites like TMZ, Daily Mail, Forbes and more picking it up.

Reigns has issued a statement to Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet, denying the allegations. Here is what he said:

“I have never heard of Richard Rodriguez or Wellness Fitness Nutrition. I learned from the mistake I made nearly two years ago and paid the penalty for it. Since then, I’ve passed 11 tests as part of WWE’s independent drug testing program.”

Reigns was named as a former client of Rodriguez in a video that surfaced over the past few days. Rodriguez’s Wellness Fitness Nutrition LLC (WFN) was raided by the DEA last year as part of a yearlong investigation.

In case you missed it, here is the video that started it all:

  1. He never was named as Client. U Guys should watch the Interview Video actually and not jump to blind conclusions. This Guy (Rodruigez) never accused Roman of anything.
