It has been a day of concern among wrestling fans. This is because TMZ reported earlier in the day that Ric Flair was rushed to the hospital due to a ‘medical emergency’.
After some conflicting stories were making the rounds, Ric Flair’s wife issued a statement to provide some clarity about his health status.
Here is what she issued to TMZ:
“Due to ongoing health complications, Ric was taken to the hospital and is expected to undergo a procedure tomorrow morning, after which he expects to fully recover.”
“Fully recover” is obviously the good news here. We will let you know if we hear anything else over the next day.
